RØDE NTG4 Shotgun Microphone
- The NTG4 is a professional shotgun microphone with an expansive feature set that makes it incredibly versatile. It is super lightweight, ideal for use on a boom or on a camera. Its low-noise circuitry and clean, crisp sound make it an excellent microphone for voice over and live streaming applications.The NTG4 has a highly directional supercardioid polar pattern and features a high-pass filter, a -10dB pad for recording loud sound sources, and a high frequency boost compensating for the dulling effect of using a fluffy windshield.
- Directional Pickup: Supercardioid pattern provides a highly directional, focused sound, minimizing side noise.
- Digital Switching: Intuitive buttons control a -10dB pad (for loud sources), a 75Hz High-Pass Filter (to reduce rumble), and a high-frequency boost.
- Low Noise & High Sensitivity: Features a 16dBA equivalent noise level and -32dB sensitivity for clean, crisp audio.

Audio Controls

Power Requirements
- Phantom Power Only: The NTG4 requires +12V, +24V, or +48V phantom power via an XLR cable to operate.
- Note: The NTG4 does not have an internal battery. The model with the internal rechargeable battery is the NTG4+
