Sony PMW-350
The Sony PMW-350 is a professional shoulder-mounted camcorder in the XDCAM EX line. Notable for being the first shoulder-mount camera to use 2/3-inch Exmor Full HD CMOS sensors, offering a significant step up in sensitivity and depth-of-field control compared to its handheld predecessors.
- Sensor System: Three 2/3-inch type Exmor CMOS sensors with an effective resolution of 1920 x 1080.
- Recording Formats:
- HQ Mode: MPEG-2 Long GOP at 35 Mbps (1920 x 1080, 1440 x 1080, 1280 x 720).
- SP Mode: 25 Mbps (1440 x 1080) for HDV compatibility.
- SD Mode: DVCAM recording (requires optional CBK-DV01 hardware key).
- Media: Dual SxS memory card slots, supporting up to 280 minutes of HD recording using two 32GB cards.
