Teradek Bolt Pro 3000
The Teradek Bolt Pro 3000 is a zero-delay wireless video transmission system designed for high-end film and television production. It transmits uncompressed 1080p60, 4:2:2 video up to 3,000 feet (914 metres) line-of-sight over the unlicensed 5GHz band.
- Transmission Performance: Delivers visually lossless video with less than 1ms latency.
- Multicast Capability: One transmitter can simultaneously support up to four receivers.
- Connectivity: Features both 3G-SDI and HDMI inputs/outputs (depending on the specific model/set), with cross-conversion support allowing you to take SDI in and loop out HDMI or vice versa.
- Encryption: Utilises AES 128-bit encryption to ensure secure video transmission on set.
- Interference Management: Uses Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) to automatically find clean channels in crowded RF environments. It also introduces 20MHz channels to allow more units to operate in the same space without interference.
- USB 3.0 GRAB Engine: The receiver includes a USB 3.0 output, enabling direct video ingestion into a PC or DIT cart for immediate recording or streaming.
