Nikkor 200mm Prime

The legendary Nikon 200mm f2 was the world’s first high speed 200mm lens, and quickly made a name for itself for its unbelievable smooth bokeh. This amazing lens was quickly adopted by the cinema world, with companies like Centruy Precision Optics converting the lens to PL mount, adding a focus gear, and replacing the original 9-blade iris with an 18-blade iris that keeps bokeh unbelievably smooth at all stops. The lens pairs perfectly with our Zero Optik Nikon primes, rounding out the set at the long end. For Super 35mm, 200mm is long, but for full frame sensors, it’s a very useful focal length, and perfect for really separating your subject form the background.
