The Blackmagic Design Smart Videohub CleanSwitch 12×12 is a professional 6G-SDI video router designed for “glitch-free” switching in live production environments. Unlike standard routers, the CleanSwitch model features full-frame re-synchronisation on every input, which automatically re-times SDI feeds to ensure seamless transitions between sources of the same video standard.
- Routing Matrix: 12 inputs and 12 outputs using 6G-SDI BNC connectors, allowing for simultaneous routing of SD, HD, and Ultra HD video formats.
- Clean Switching: Integrated re-synchronisers on all inputs allow for perfect cuts even with non-genlocked sources, provided they share the same resolution and frame rate.
- Visual Routing: A built-in 2.2-inch colour LCD on the front panel displays live video, labels, and TV formats, enabling users to route signals by looking at the video.
- Hardware Controls: Features 12 dedicated source/destination buttons and a machined metal spin knob for fast navigation through crosspoints.
