Sony DVW-A500 DIGIBETA VTR - Digital Betacam Editing Recorder. The DVW-A500features DIGITAL Betacam and Betacam SP playback capability, pre-read capability for video and audio, serial digital V/A interface (SMPTE 259M) along with built-in Component analog video and audio interfaces, and an optional Composite analog input (BKDW-505).Built-in A/D and D/A converters for both audio and video signals allow for direct interfacing with analog equipment.Delivers picture in shuttle mode up to speeds of approx. 50 times normal playback

Sony DVW-M2000 DIGIBETA VTR - The DVW-M2000 Digital Betacam Recorder/Player is the redesigned successor to the DVW-A500. It is 4 RU tall, weighs less, and consumes less power, gives longer head life, and includes composite analog video input as a standard feature. It will also play back all of Sony's 1/2 inch SD tape formats (Betacam, Betacam SP, Betacam SX, MPEG IMX and Digital Betacam.

Sony J30 DIGI/SP/SX Player (SDI/Firewire) - Sony J30SDI Compact Player with i.LINK & SDI output. It provides Betacam, Betacam SP, Betacam SX, MPEG IMX, & Digital Betacam playback compatibility. Plays both large-size and small-size cassettes. During cassette loading, each format, which can be played back on the J-30SDI, is automatically identified, so no menu settings or switching is necessary. The J30SDI can be digitally connected with the conventional Betacam Family VTRs. Different tapes are sensed and adjusted for by the machine automatically upon tape insertion. No manual mode switching or playback adapters are required. The J Series is intended for a wide range of applications including general dubbing, conference room viewing, screening, and as a feeder to non-linear editors. It is lightweight and portable enough to be easily moved between work areas. In order to occupy a space efficient small footprint on a desktop, the J series decks can sit on their sides, vertically, using included rubber base supports. The J30 model has analog component video outputs as well as i.LINK. The iLINK output feature provides a handy means to encode analog or digital tapes to 25 Mbs DV and move the files to compatible DV recorders and non linear editing systems.

 

Sony J3 DIGI/SP/SX Player - Since its introduction in 2001, the J Series has proved to be phenomenally popular as a desktop player used by broadcast producers and journalists for material viewing, logging, and source feeding to servers or nonlinear editing systems. The addition of IEEE-1394 connectivity enables professional users to more easily operate in a DV environment. All standard definition, half-inch Betacam format tapes, dating back some twenty years, can now easily be converted to a 25 Mbps DV signal and transferred to a compatible DV device via a single digital interface cable.

Sony PDW-V1 XDCAM Player - The PDW-V1 Mobile Deck is a compact and lightweight unit offered as an affordable solution for playing back Professional Discs as well as for AV and data file recording through its Ethernet or i-LINK (AV/C and SBP2) interface. It is ideal for field applications and for desktop viewing by journalists producers and other production staff. A unique feature is its built-in 3.5-inch type color LCD screen allowing users to view recording files any time anywhere without the need for an external video monitor. Also PDW-V1 is equipped with a VGA output capability so users can view recording files on standard computer displays. It also comes equipped with a built-in audio speaker

Sony DSR-10 DVCAM Clamshell - Compact and lightweight with excellent picture quality, the DSR-V10 Video Walkman digital recorder operates on small batteries or AC power. The DSR-V10 has a 5.5 LCD screen and is designed for professional video applications, yet fits in a pocket. It makes a handy desktop viewer or a back up VTR for field use. DVCAM and DV (SP Mode Only) Playback and DVCAM Record Format.

 

Sony DSR-11 DVCAM VTR - The Sony DSR-11 DVCAM Digital Video Cassette Recorder, with its unique design and small footprint, can be easily integrated into your existing non-linear editing system. Providing basic VTR features, along with an iLINK interface and NTSC / PAL compatibility, this VTR provides a highly powerful, yet cost-effective option for non-linear editing systems.

Sony DSR-45 DVCAM VTR - DVCAM Compact Digital VTR with 2.5 LCD". This new recorder enhances the capabilities of the previous DSR-45 by offering a larger 2.5" (viewable area, measured diagonally) color LCD video monitor. All other features and specifications remain the same as the previous DSR-45A. This front-loading VTR accepts both standard and mini size cassettes, and its half-rack design allows the DSR-45A to be easily integrated into existing linear and non-linear editing systems.

Sony DSR-50 DVCAM VTR - DVCAM Portable VTR w/built-in 2.5" LCD Monitor. The DSR-50 is a portable, lightweight multi-usage DVCAM VTR. It features a 2.5-inch diagonal built-in LCD monitor, making it perfect for field use. Additional professional features include 4-channel separate audio IN/OUT, timecode IN/OUT, 26-pin camera connector, and analog component OUT. The DSR-50 is ideal as an ENG/EFP recorder, back-up recorder for acquisition, event videography and evidence recording, as well as a simple viewer or upload/download VTR for non-linear editing systems.

Sony PVM-2800 SP VTR - The PVW-2800 is a full-feature Betacam SP Player/Recorder/Editor. It features built-in TBC, built-in TC generator/reader, full editing control facility, 90 min record/playback, 24 times picture search, RS-422 remote interface, Y/C input/output and component video (Y, R-Y, B-Y) inputs/outputs. It records on metal particle tape and will playback any Betacam or Betacam SP recorded tape.
